Check in time is 3 pm. If your apartment is ready early we'll let you know.

Check out time is by 11 am.

No pets allowed.

No events allowed (unless booked and paid for separately from the stay).

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes inside (smoking outside is OK).

No more than a few (3 max) visitors during your stay. If there will be more guests (for example, using the space to get ready for a wedding) please let us know ahead of time.

Keep noise levels at a minimum during your stay to respect all house guests.

Quiet time for the house and yard is 10 pm-8 am.
